About Eva
For Eva, food has always been about bringing people together: helping someone feel at home, good ingredients handled with care. She brings warmth and quality to every kitchen she works in.
As a private chef Eva prepares food for individuals and families, and can partner with nutritionists to create healthy meal plans. She brings the same care to cooking events, celebrations, and gatherings built around the joy of sharing a great meal. Her range is as wide as yours needs it to be — a pristine grain bowl, a slow-braised French classic, a feast for twenty. People who have cooked with her describe her as one of the best teachers they've had: patient, clear, and genuinely fun to learn from.
Eva's career spans fine dining, catering, seasonal farm-driven cooking, and retail food operations. She has led catering companies, food commissaries, and ran a celebrated prepared foods shop in the Hamptons. Her Lower East Side café was a genuine neighborhood home away from home , where families claimed their Sunday brunch tables week after week and regulars built their routines around it, drawn as much by Eva herself as by the food.
A contestant on Beat Bobby Flay, Eva's recipes have appeared in Food52, House & Home, Modern Luxury, and Apple a Day. She is the co-author of the Brother Jimmy's BBQ cookbook. Her cooking demonstrations have taken her from the Edible Garden at the New York Botanical Garden to Fox News and Channel 11.
